At The GLD Shop, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your jewelry. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original GLD packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the jewelry is unworn and in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
